Salted Caramel Ice Cream
The leaves are starting to turn auburn-orange and the weather is getting cooler! I love getting into the seasons flavors in the kitchen. So, what better way to do so than with a super clean, Salted-Caramel Almond Ice Cream?
So? I decided to make a body building friendly version!

Prep time: 2 minutes
Freezer Time: Over night
1 Scoop Salted Caramel Quest protein powder
1 Scoop ISO-100 birthday cake flavor protein powder (You can find both of these at www.BodyBuilding.com or www.VitaminShoppe.com).
2 medium zuchinnis (about 10oz)
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
Stevia to taste
Clean, peel and chop zucchini into ice cube size chunks. Put in a zip lock and freeze over night.
Add all powders, fluid and zuchinni to food processor or Blendtec (I love my blendtec!)
Blend until smooth.
Pour into three bowls and freeze over night!
If its super hard to dig into when you're ready to eat, set in fridge to thaw for 30 mins -1 hour.
