Spicy Sweet Greens!

My favorite spicy sweet green juice recipe!

My favorite green juice recipe that's featured in Dakini Women's Fitness Fashion magazine.

 

2-3 inches peeled ginger root

3 bushels kale

3 tsp. Cayenne pepper

1 small-medium lemon (juice with the skin on. The yellow zest has 10x the amount of antioxidants than the fruit inside!)

Stevia to taste (try the lemon stevia drops) 

 

Add all fresh fruit and vegetables to juicer. After juicing add cayenne pepper and stevia. The ginger and cayenne pepper help speed up your metabolism. I like my juice cold, so I pour it into a blender with a few ice cubes and enjoy!
