Strawberry Milkshake Protein Balls!
Maintaining 12-18% body fat and avoiding most sugars has had me getting all types of creative for years. I saw how much my clients loved my recipes (they've asked me to put together a eBook that's in the works!). So...we have strawberry milkshake balls! 😍 but don't let me stop you from getting creative. You can add nut butters, use a different fruit, add oatmeal or anything else you can fit into the mixture.
Use 1/4 cup Vita Fiber (per biotic, plant based fiber sweetener) OR favorite nut butter.
2 scoops Quest Vanilla Milk Shake protein powder.
Line one 10x12 bake sheet with parchment paper.
Cut top off strawberries and wash.
Add peanut or VitaFiber to bowl and heat 45 seconds- 1 minute.
Stir until smooth.
Drop strawberry into mixture until strawberry is covered. Mixture should be thick enough that you can roll the strawberry in your hand to smooth the outside of it. This makes it the perfect bite sized protein ball🍓😍.
Set on parchment paper and freeze for 6 hours.
