Easy, Sweet Collagen Boost Pops

Did you know the PEEL of citrus fruits has 10x more antioxidants and vitamins than the fruit itself? We all know oranges are high in vitamin C, which means their peel is extra saturated in this collagen boosting vitamin! Vitamin C is essential for collagen synthesis, which means it will not only help collagen production keeping your checks extra plump, it will prevent you from losing collagen as you age. Not only is this recipe great for keeping a youthful glow, it will help the collagen in your joints, and your entire body from breaking down. So whether your a athlete, a model, or just a health fanatic like me, you need to give these pops a go. Their extra tangy, sweet and super low in calories, meaning you can snack on them all day - literally!

Zest 1/3 Grapefruit, 1/2 a orange or 1 lemon

Peel 3 inches ginger root

Take all ingredients and blend in blender with 4-6 cups of water (depending on how strong you want the flavor of your popsicles)

Strain blended peel/zest mixture through strainer - straining all solids out 

Sweeten to taste with honey, agave, stevia or any other sweetner of choice and mix

Pour into Popsicle containers and freeze


Each 3-6oz Popsicle will only have roughly 10-15 calories and is loaded with spicy bright citrus flavors, antioxidants and other medicinal properties to restore and replenish your body. Need I say more?
