I want to offer some helpful advice to a frequently asked question.
Question is: How do I get a 6 pack, or lose belly fat⁉ It's true thr majority of my clients main focus is aesthetic. Nothing wrong with whatever motivates you to be stronger and more disciplined in your self-love routine.

Seeing abs is about 3 things:
1. Lowering Your Body Fat Percentage
I know many female bikini competitors don't even do ab exercises more than once a week. They focus on building their shoulders, butt and legs and getting really lean. Btw, the most effective way to lower your body fat is to get a meal plan and use hiit training. I use iifym because it gives me the flexibility to live and love my life, but everyone has to get the hang of what works for them.
2. Building Up Abdominal Muscles
This is my favorite way to get ab definition. By building, even when you have a higher body fat or stubborn mid section, you'll see your abs through that layer of adipose tissue. Did I mention its also an easier and healthier option to controlled starvation (caloric deficit/restriction)? This is true for women especially. I'm not cosigning someone neglecting nutritional awareness. I am talking about extreme dieting that has negative effects on ones mental, physical and emotional health. I'm also not judging competitors - there is a time and place for everything.
3. You can't spot reduce fat. Just like you can't pick your height or eye color. Your shape can be sculpted with great effort - but not everyone is created the same way. Ever wonder why it's harder to lose belly fat as you age? Hormones are a real thing and after the age of 25, they start to do something different - decrease⤵. We suddenly need to pay attention to our portions and workout - what is this non-sense-adulting-thing 😂
